The training videos on this site are created for people who are not IT-savvy. Following more than 30 years as an international trainer, teaching IT-related topcis, Jeff has been providing assistance to members of his local community for 10 years and helped many people, especially those who grew up without the Internet, smartphones or using computers.
Jef has always applied a no-nonsense approach to his training, trying to avoid jargon and explaining technlogy using everyday analogies that everyone can understand.
